As an editor on MIA: Hunt for a WWII Plane, I crafted a gripping narrative that follows ex-CIA agent Ben Smith and a retired FBI officer as they journey through the jungles of Burma in search of answers to a family mystery. Their mission: to locate a crashed WWII plane lost in the perilous “Hump” — an airbridge over the Himalayas in a little-known but crucial theater of the war. The film required balancing historical depth, the tension of the search, and the emotional resonance of personal discovery. Through skillful editing of archival materials, on-the-ground footage, and heartfelt interviews, I shaped a story that celebrates human determination, the bonds of family, and the enduring mysteries of World War II.
